  1. Love the associative nature of this, Chris.
Striking images. especially that blacker-than-black raven. Perfect.

I have actually been toying with the idea of a series of I-ching “hexagram-like” poems, possibly also in association with images, complete with obscure cultural references lost across the millennia. I am too much of a perfectionist to not do sixty four of them, and too make sure they are all distinct and somehow make a kind of sense, so….it will undoubtedly take years to complete….as soon as I get around to starting, that is…..

Great minds think a like, I guess. 😉

    • Great… or at least kindred minds. Believe it or not, you crossed my mind when I was shooting these. I think the night before I saw your Skywires 3 (awesome). There was also an an eagle perched on a power pole, fine lines criss-crossing the image. I wanted to include it but it turned out to be too much and got in the way of the balance of contrasts. Oh well.
I would very much like to see that series of hexagram poems! No idea where I’m headed. Our minds certainly do seem to often run parallel.
