This morning it calls me to the shore,
then disappears. Comes and goes.
I stand listening; it’s random and unpredictable,
but no doubt – the sound of a heartbeat!

Charles, please let me think of it as realism and not optimism! March 10th and the temperature is dropping to – 20 celsius tonight… but I KNOW that the earth is moving closer to the sun everyday.
